Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language
Course Description

The World Wide Web Consortium (WC3) developed additional standards to enhance the appearance of Web pages to the level of word processing documents. This course includes font specifications in HTML, using dynamic fonts, understanding fonts and readability, understanding Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) mechanics, performing style sheet placement, understanding and applying style sheet syntax, understanding and applying style properties, using JavaScript to apply style sheet properties, understanding and applying HTML positioning, understanding and applying Cascading Style Sheet Positioning (CSS-P), understanding and applying the document object model, animating positioned elements, and creating transition effects.

Prerequisite

Students are required to have an understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
