The
course covers security design strategies for Microsoft Windows
2000 networks faced with the security challenges of the modern
world. Security includes controlling access to network
resources, auditing access network resources, authentication,
and encryption. Strategies for analyzing an
oraganization's business, technical, and security requirements
make up the first start of the course. The balance of
the course consisits of designing solutions using PKI, CAs,
RIS, DNS, SNMP, IPSec, IP filters, etc. for both LANs and WANs.
